Porco Rosso
Without reference so it is probably not quite the same design, but this is what I remembered from Hayao Miyazaki's animation Porco Rosso [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porco_Rosso]. Combination of Apple Pencil, iPad, and Procreate is a joy to work with.
